Coffee Drinkers Enjoy Longer Lives
By Radiant Health EditorsPublished: June 6, 2022
A recent study published in The Annals of Internal Medicine found that individuals who regularly consume coffee are up to 30% less likely to die than those who do not. Researchers came to this conclusion after analyzing data from 170,000 people living in Great Britain. The observation cannot actually prove that coffee is the reason these specific individuals live longer. However, coffee has been linked to many health benefits in the past. Heart disease, type 2 diabetes, prostate cancer, and Parkinson’s disease are less commonly seen in coffee drinkers.
