Weekend Challenge: Running Knee Raises

Need a cardio move to blast fat? Running knee raises is your solution.
To perform these, get into a standing position and then start running on the spot. As you do so, think of lifting the knees up as high as you can, so they aim to touch your chest.
Keep going until 30 seconds is up. Then rest for 30 seconds and repeat once more.
Want to continue the challenge?
Perform 3 sets of 30 seconds on, 3 seconds off on Tuesday and two sets of 45 seconds on and 45 seconds off on Thursday.
