How to do the Side Shuffle Exercise
Side shuffle exercise is the perfect way to firm up your lower body, get your heart rate up, and burn calories!
In a standing position, bend the knees slightly so you’re in the ‘ready’ position with the arms in front of you.
Shuffle your way across the room and then back again.
Perform this for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, and repeat four more times through.
Tip: The lower you bend your knees in this move, the more muscle firming you’ll see.
